Brigade Group Projects in Bangalore 2026

Brigade Granada is a newly launched integrated township in the Whitefield–Hoskote area of East Bangalore. The project covers about 20.19 acres and is planned with nearly 80% open green space. It has 14 towers with 3 basements, a ground floor, and 24 floors.

The project includes about 2,000 apartments in 2.5, 3, and 4 BHK types. Unit sizes range from 1,200 to 2,800 sq. ft. A 2.5 BHK starts from about ₹1.45 crore, while 4 BHK units go up to ₹3.15 crore. The project is now in the pre-launch stage, with RERA approval in process. The launch was planned for December 2025, and possession is expected by 2030.

Brigade Orchards L&M Tower (Laurel & Maple towers) is a segment of the 135-acre Brigade Orchards township in Devanahalli, North Bangalore. Located on NH 207, Budigere Road, it is 10–15 minutes from the airport, making it a good place for working people.

This phase was launched in mid-December 2025 and is now in early construction. Possession is planned for March 2029. L&M Tower is registered under PRM/KA/RERA/1250/303/PR/040326/008505 with the Karnataka government. The project houses 1, 2, and 3 BHK apartments with sizes of about 600 sq. ft., 900 sq. ft., and 1,100 sq. ft. Pricing is available on request, though 3 BHK units in the township usually range from ₹1.45 crore to ₹2.50 crore.

Brigade KIADB Phase 2, also called Brigade Aerospace Park Phase 2, is a large township project in North Bangalore inside the Aerospace Park zone. This area is growing fast because of industrial growth and its proximity to the airport.

Brigade KIADB Phase 2 is a pre-launched project, and RERA approval is still awaited. Brigade has committed an investment of about ₹3,200 crore for this development. It offers many home types, including studio/1 BHK units of 500–800 sq. ft., 2 BHK units of 1,100–1,400 sq. ft., 3 BHK units of 1,850–2,300 sq. ft., 4 BHK units of 2,800–4,200 sq. ft., and 5 BHK homes up to 5,400 sq. ft. Pricing details will be announced at launch.

Brigade Cherry Blossom is a vast plotted development in Malur, East Bangalore. The project covers about 90 acres, with Phase 1 across 20–21 acres and offering more than 330 residential plots.

It was launched in September 2025 and is now under construction. Possession is expected from December 2027, with full completion by March 2028.

The project is RERA registered under PRM/KA/RERA/1265/347/PR/010825/007969. The size of the plots ranges from 12,00 sq. ft to 2,400 sq. ft. The starting prices of the plots are from ₹67 lakh and go up to ₹1.22 crore. The development also includes a 50,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, more than 45 amenities, and about 65% open space.

Brigade Avalon is an ultra-luxury residential project on Whitefield Main Road. Spread across about 4.14 to 4.35 acres, it is a low-density development with 206 apartments across three towers and nearly 80% open space.

The project launched in July 2025 and is planned for possession by March 2030. It is RERA approved under PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/300625/007888. It offers only 3.5 and 4.5 BHK homes. The 3.5 BHK units range from 2,765 to 2,933 sq. ft., priced between ₹4.62 crore and ₹5.56 crore. The 4.5 BHK units are 3,862 sq. ft., priced from ₹6.67 crore to ₹7.93 crore.
