Brigade El Dorado is an under construction apartment township in North Bangalore, located at KIADB Aerospace Park, Bagalur (562149). It spans 50 acres and is being developed in 12 phases. The phases include Gallium, Helio, Jasper, Iridium, Feldspar, Krypton, Aurum, Luminaire, Emerald, Dioro, Beryl, and Cobalt.

The project has around 5,000 apartments across 12 towers. Each tower has 2 basements, a ground floor, and 21 to 25 floors. It was launched in October 2019 and is partially ready as of April 2026. Phase 1 (Gallium and Helio) was completed in June 2024. Phase 2 (Jasper, Iridium, and Krypton) is being handed over between 2025 and 2026. New phases such as Aurum, Cobalt, and Dioro will be completed between December 2027 and June 2029.

The project is right next to SH-104 (Bagalur Main Road / New Airport Road), a 6-lane road that offers smooth, signal-free access to the airport and the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR).The distance from Brigade El Dorado to the airport is approximately 11 km, a 15-minute drive. NH-44 (Bellary Road) is about 9 km away (15 minutes), connecting North Bangalore to the city centre and Hyderabad.

Manyata Tech Park is around 16 km away, taking about 30 minutes via Hebbal. The Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR), expected to be fully operational in 2026, is about 10 minutes away. At its launch in October 2019, the builder launched the luxury 1 BHK apartments starting at approximately ₹29.99 Lakhs. Premium 2 BHK apartments started from ₹40.10 Lakhs. 3 BHK apartments started from ₹48 Lakh.

As of 2026, the project is sold out by the developer and is available only in the resale market. The price of 1BHK apartments is ₹54–65 lakh. 2 BHK homes are priced between ₹85 lakh and ₹1.15 crore. 3 BHK Grand apartments are priced between ₹1.65 and 1.95 crore.
