Brigade Xanadu Bonito is a premium housing phase inside the 33-acre Brigade Xanadu township in Mogappair West (Nolambur). It has a Spanish-style look, low-rise buildings, and more than 10 acres of landscaped gardens.

The project has 2, 2.5, and 3 BHK apartments with sizes from 1,062 to 1,878 sq. ft. Prices start from about ₹84 lakh and go up to ₹1.73 crore. Brigade Icon is an ultra-luxury mixed-use project on Mount Road (Anna Salai), one of Chennai’s top places. Built on a 5-acre land parcel, it has luxury homes, retail spaces, and office spaces.

The project has a G+38-floor tower with only 140 to 180 exclusive apartments. It is RERA approved under TN/29/Building/0219/2024. It was launched in June 2024, and possession is expected from December 2028, with completion by mid-2029.

It has 3, 4, and 5 BHK “Sky Residences” sized from 2,500 to 8,300 sq. ft. Prices start at about ₹7 crore and go up to ₹24 crore. The project is special because of its central location, sea-facing views, and low-density design.

Brigade Morgan Heights is a premium housing project in the Perumbakkam–Medavakkam area of South Chennai. It is spread over 14.7 acres and faces a 100-acre biodiversity park, so it gives both city comfort and green views.

The project has three towers going up to 24 floors, with about 1,250 apartments. It possesses 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments ranging from 1,251 to 2,599 sq. ft. Prices start from ₹1.08 crore and go up to ₹2.57 crore. It is RERA registered under TN/35/Building/0099/2025, launched in April 2025, with possession expected by June 2030.

It has a 40,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, rooftop pool, sports areas, co-working spaces, and landscaped gardens. The project is opposite ELCOT SEZ and only 150 meters from an upcoming Metro Phase II station.

Brigade Vanagaram is a newly launched housing project in West Chennai, in one of the city’s fast-growing areas. The project is under construction, and structural work is going on as of early 2026. The location has good access to Porur, Maduravoyal, and other important areas.

It has 2 and 3 BHK apartments ranging from 1,050 to 1,900 sq. ft. Prices start from about ₹85 lakh for 2 BHK units and ₹1.2 crore for 3 BHK homes. The project follows TNRERA guidelines, and approval is in progress.

Brigade Stellaris, in Velachery, is an ultra-luxury housing project spread over 5.19 acres. It is designed with a biophilic concept and has a low-density layout with only 284 units across four towers.

The project was launched on February 1, 2026, and is RERA-approved under TNRERA/29/BLG/0052/2026. Possession is expected by December 2030. It has 3, 4, and 5 BHK homes ranging from 2,033 to 6,885 sq. ft.

Prices start from ₹4.49 crore and go up to ₹16.1 crore. The project stands out because of its no-common-wall design, premium layouts, and its place in the middle of the Velachery–OMR area, close to IT hubs and upcoming metro lines.
